The Just Panela Amaretto Sour

The Just Panela Amaretto Sour

Ingredients:

- 3/4 oz White Rum
- 1 1/2 oz Amaretto 
- 1 dash Orange Bitters
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice 
- 1 tsp Just Panela
- 1/2 oz Egg White
- Garnish: Clementine
- Garnish: Rosemerry 
- Garnish: Just Panela

Method: Prepare in a shaker
Glass: Old-Fashioned

Recipe:

1. Beat the egg white before using. One large egg should give about 1 oz. of beaten white.

2. Dry shake all ingredients.

3. Add ice and shake.

4. Strain into glass filled with fresh ice.

5. Garnish with Just Panela, clementine and rosemary.
