Just Panela Ayurvedic Ginger Tea
I don't know about you... But I prefer the my mom's old recipes for colds and now that I've been feeling miserable and with this cold... I made to myself a jinger tea (works magic for coughing and congestion).
Here is my recipe (credits to my mom)
- fresh jinger (3 to 4 small pieces)
- 2 teaspoons of Panela
- half Lemmon (or more if you prefer)
- 1 cup or water.
Just boil the water with the jinger for 2 minutes, turn off the heat and leave it sit for 3 minutes. Then add the Panela and Lemmon to your cup and pour the water on it (the hotter you can drink it the better).
I normally do this 2 times per day for 3 days and I am good to go.
