South Carolina style mustard bbq sauce
Made with reconstituted Coleman's (super spicy) English mustard powder, and a healthy tablespoon of panela. View of Medellin, Colombia in the background.
• 3⁄4cup Colemans™ Powder Mustard Reconstituted (1 to 1 with cold water to reconstitute)
• 3⁄4cup cider vinegar
• 1 healthy tablespoon Just Panela™ 100% Unrefined, Artisanal Cane Sugar
• 1 1⁄2tablespoons unsalted butter
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 1 1⁄4 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper
• 2 teaspoons Louisiana hot sauce (I used Red Hot™ Brand)
Add all and simmer and stir for 30 minutes. Lowest heat possible
